Mr. Lejre joined Inveniam in January 2026 as Chief Strategy Officer following the acquisition of MEASA Partners.
Mr. Lejre is also a senior advisor to the Al Maskari family, where he leads the establishment of the family’s financial services practice. Prior to joining the family group, he was Director, Private Equity at Gulf Investment Corporation. He spent more than a decade in McKinsey & Company’s corporate finance & financial services practices across Northern Europe and MENA.
Mr. Lejre has a strong focus on unlocking long-term institutional capital to sustainable investments. Through his participation in IFSWF events he originated the idea and concept for the Transition Investment Lab where he now serves as a Steering Committee member. Mr. Lejre has extensive board experience serving on multiple boards.
Mr. Lejre received his undergraduate degree in Economics and his Ms.C. in Corporate Finance from Copenhagen Business School.
